Before you book.

Straightforward answers about consultations, preparation and choosing where to begin.

If your question is personal or not covered here, include it in your appointment request or speak with our care team.

What happens during a first consultation?

We discuss your main concerns, health history, digestion, sleep, energy, routines and any current treatment. Your practitioner then explains the Ayurvedic view of the pattern and suggests clear first priorities.

Do I need to choose a treatment before booking?

No. Begin with a consultation unless our care team advises otherwise. Treatment is selected after we understand your constitution, current imbalance and practical circumstances.

Can Ayurveda replace my current medical care?

Ayurvedic care should not replace prescribed medical treatment without guidance from the clinician responsible for that treatment. Tell us about medicines, diagnoses and ongoing care so recommendations can be made responsibly.

Are online consultations available?

Yes, many consultations and follow-ups can take place online. Hands-on assessment and therapies require an in-clinic visit. Our team can help you choose the useful format.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Keep your routine normal unless we say otherwise. Bring a list of medicines and supplements, relevant recent reports, and a short note of the concerns you most want to discuss.

How quickly will I notice a change?

It depends on the concern, its duration and the kind of support involved. We discuss realistic expectations before treatment and review your response rather than promising a fixed result.
